As most of you know I host many live outdoor events and must say this heat wave certainly has gotten the best of me. I’m always conscious of my appearance and for as long as I can remember, perspiration stains have always haunted me even after trying almost every spray and stick on the market. Sure, some say a colonic irrigation will cleanse me and others suggest a diet change. Well Fans, I have recently learned spraying apple cider vinegar on your whole body does work! Trust me, getting a little skin rash is far better than looking like a wet noodle on stage!
